All Pre-made U.S. orders typically ship within about one week.
Orders require a 3–5 day production and fulfillment window. After your order is prepared during this period, it will be shipped out. Delivery time may extend beyond the 3–5 days depending on your location.

All Pre-order U.S. orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks after website closes. (Unless stated otherwise on product description)
Orders require a 1-2 week time period to produce and receive shipment. Then, delivery time after product has been shipped out would be 3-5 days depending on your location.

Shipping & Customs:
- - We ship all orders from the U.S. via USPS First-Class International.
    - Canada: Most shipments arrive without extra fees, but some parcels may be subject to GST/HST or handling charges by Canada Post. Any fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    - United Kingdom: Packages may be subject to VAT (20%) and/or customs duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected on delivery.
      Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.

We are not liable for any issues that arise with the shipping carrier.
If a customer enters an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot make changes or intervene, as all address details are provided directly by the customer during checkout.

Wash on cold, inside out, using a gentle detergent.
For best results, hang dry or lay flat to dry.
Using high heat when washing or drying may cause shrinkage and can affect the fabric’s finish.
